| Yes you can. Please use one of the contact methods such as Live Assistance, email or phone to let us know what you would like to order. Given a few days we can find most things so we will let you know when we have your goods. |

| We are flexible about delivery times to accommodate our clients travel arrangements but normally try to deliver before 18.00. If you have the need for a delivery after this time, please contact us to confirm the arrangements. |

| 3. How many days notice is required for my order? |
| It is advisable to make your order at least one week before your arrival. Some items (e.g. some wines and specialist foods such as caviar) usually take longer, so the more notice you provide, the better the chance of us supplying those particular items.
However, even if you have left it to the last minute, don't panic! We can normally supply at very short notice, so go ahead and order and we will do our best for you. |

| 4. If I want to go shopping myself, do you provide any kind of assistance? |
| Yes, one of our staff will be happy to escort you anywhere you need to go. We provide a vehicle/driver and lots of knowledge and assistance, making life easy for you. There is a service charge for this, just email us and we will send you a quote. |

| Delivery is free for all orders of 200 Euros or more. There is a standard delivery charge of 30 Euros for orders below 200 Euros. |
